At Lobera Engineering, we are engineers who practice engineering in its full depth—analytical, creative, and strategic. We seek out hard problems, study them thoroughly, modernize outdated models, and design genuine solutions. This is what drives us. It’s not for everyone, and that’s our reason for existing.
We know that the strength of any system lies in its weakest link. That’s why we invest in building a team where every individual is strong, cohesive, and mission-focused. Our engineers are our greatest strength. On average, they bring over ten years of experience, hold multiple degrees, speak several languages, and are deeply motivated to create meaningful systems. Many also hold formal education in social sciences or the humanities—because we believe engineering must engage with the world, not just compute it.
We value thoughtful debate, reflection, and intellectual curiosity. Our team regularly attends or hosts in-house seminars on geopolitics, strategic studies, and the broader implications of the technologies we build. We support continuous learning through certifications, conferences, and participation in industrial PhD programs that nourish both personal growth and, of course, our internal R&D.
We are always looking to expand our circle with curious, committed minds—engineers who aim to make a real impact and are defined by discretion, security awareness, and loyalty. Our selection process is challenging, but excellence demands it.
